Office Depot was looking to create a future store concept and issued an RFP/RFQ to multiple design firms as potential partners in this pursuit. During contract negotiations it was established that any concept would need to meet parameters for design withing financial goals and expected outcomes for the projects success. The client had realized that their category was under attack and was in need of major changes in order to compete in a changing office supply environment.
